- Valid Picture ID
- Signed Lease Agreement
- Deposit To The Utility Billing Clerk
- Submit all documents to City Hall (email [email protected])
70 years or older?
Present proof to the Clerk for a Senior Citizen Discount for a discount on the administration fee and late fee on your water bill.
New Service Connection Fee
- A Deposit of $165.00 and Connect Fee of $10.00 shall be charged and paid upfront to all water service accounts before water service can be connected.
- The amount of $175 is due for every single water meter in our Billing District, whether Commercial OR Residential.
